Life is like a freeway...

Everyone is going in the same direction. Sometimes there are accidents. Some of which are fatal, and others just minor fender benders. And sometimes you may be running out of gas and need to exit to filler up. Some cars are old and some are new. Some cars are classy and others plain and simple. Sometimes your road is full of potholes, and other times it underconstruction. You choose the destination. Your the driver.

Nonviolent Communication

Long ago, almost 1 score ago, I decided to be like Abraham Lincoln, by cultivating the habit of learning from the books I read, the people I met, and from casual events in my life. I have a burning desire to change the world, but you can't change the world so I decided to change myself first.

Communication is a process. That process sometimes breaks down. To be effective at communicating, one must understand what your message is, who your audience is, how your message will be preceived, and the special circumstances surrounding your message. Communicating effectively is the single most important skill enabling one to succeed in any career. I hope to convey my personal struggles and successes.
